France is already involved in military campaigns in Mali, for example, and is generally believed to be the most hawkish country in continental Europe. They're trying to provoke a french retaliation they can use in their propaganda.

I'm not saying anything should or shouldn't be done. I'm just trying to explain why I believe they're targeting France. The thing is that they know any attack in retaliation most likely will hurt civilians more than them, thus bolstering their numbers. They want a war, and they're getting it.

Striking one country multiple times rather than striking multiple countries increases the chances of people questionning their governement's choices, which can create a civil war and paranoia.

It feels more natural to have coaches spectate and only able to communicate with their teams during pauses/breaks, imo.

The most important thing is to read what you're assigned to read. If you're ambitious and want to understand what you're doing, process what you've read by trying to outline what the premises of the argument is and what the different parts are. Most often a philosophers argument will be piecewise, and it helps one's understanding a lot to break it down and understand each part.
Most important thing is to go into the course with a very open mind and not exclude any theory because it sounds ridiculous when you first hear it.
