Have mine capped at 241 and it usually never goes below that, at least in 6s
But yeah fps cfg + no hats mod + no aero + no other programs and lower resolution is pretty much everything you can do without having to upgrade your pc.

It's conjugated more formally, what you'd use for 2nd person with someone you don't know personnally but if you want it in informal 2nd it's not a big deal to change. There could be some mistakes, too, I haven't lived overseas in nearly 6 years now.
I just looked over it real quick and corrected some things I saw. The only thing I'm not 100% sure about is the word in bold, but I definitely know "comme normal" is not a proper way to say it.

I usually inhouse pug whenever someone invites me. I used to pug in stuff like tf2mix or pug.na, but I stopped because I don't like mix and pugna is kinda dead too.
On the trying hard part, I think that it depends on what the goal of the people who play it is. If everybody just wants to have a good time, it doesn't really matter if they don't play extremely seriously, but if everybody wants to improve, then they should be playing as seriously as if it was a match/scrim.
