Practicing rollouts has always been fun for me when I had nothing to do, so yeah, definitely a good thing to do even if you don't play demo or roamer it's fun

Yeah, that will be. I think you can find pretty clear videos on YouTube about all the changes and how they will work.
Basically, you will be able to re-roll one stat per weapon (I believe, take this with a grain of salt) to the stat of your choice that that specific weapon could've rolled.

Just created a TF.TV Clan considering how many members the TF.TV community currently has (15 total) I feel like a clan would be MUCH more enjoyable. My name's dragofirekil btw, it's my brother's account :c
I think you should be able to join by searching TeamFortressTV, which is what I named the clan.
EDIT: No one really joined the clan, so I just ended up taking it down. Make sure to join the TF.TV Community that Jav made though ;)
