MangachuDrPloxoLess than an hour until showtime and I haven't seen him hype it on the youtubes. :(Pretty sure he's going to make an event on his steam group that has like 24,000 people
Well dang, there ya go.
Less than an hour until showtime and I haven't seen him hype it on the youtubes. :(
mustardoverlordsome of these stats are meaningless
it doesn't impress me if someone had more overall dmg/frags because their games were 20 minutes longer than anyone else
Would you prefer something like DPM? Because if that's the case, it should probably be by class.
w0rdupi like how 2 arguments against so far have been "it would stop me from being a faggot"
With the other argument being "Because it wouldn't matter if you banned it"
TheFragileJust playing devil's advocate here, but if it's so broken, why isn't it used and abused more often? The only time I ever consider it incredibly annoying is gullywash last, and even then it's still beatable.
In uber vs uber situations those crits don't matter, but it's a reliable clean-up tool if the attackers fumble. There aren't very many opportunities for a pyro to get those crit-switch kills unless the last push completely flops. Like I said, it does deny the push decently; Which the stock does well, too. If the pyro ends up with the uber, it's strength as a 1v1 class is completely nullified in the exchange. It's abusable strength comes up in flanks and punishing extension. So it's most viable use is denying the uber push until it's dead or useless (most the team is in and swarming around the combo).
Natascha heavy was stupid shit, and you pretty much only saw it while defending last and gravelpit C. People abused the fuck out of that until it got banned.
Natascha on Gravelpit C is a different scenario than a pyro in badlands last, or gullywash last. Gravelpit requires that you climb the tower or explosive jump to it. It denies the jump perfectly every time by both redirecting and slowing the jumper. (That strat might need to be looked at again because of the natascha's nerf recently.) Pyro can deny C with some efficiency, but it has to wait until the jumper is within airblast range, which is within range for a solid 75-90 juggle. You're not gonna see a pyro blocking the point for more than a few seconds before it's destroyed or pushed away by explosive damage. Ubers are also used to get through the chokes on gravelpit, which is a good distance from the point itself. Since the pyros real shortcoming is it's utter lack of long range damage that doesn't move as slow as a snail it's not effective on those points.
The degreaser only further enables the things that make pyro incredibly strong. The +65% switch speed allows for flare shots and axtinguisher hits to be more reliably executed.
The stock flamethrower does the same area denial and reflects of the degreaser.
The reason it isn't banned is as simple as when pyro is used: last defenses. The area denial and reflects are more important in that instance than the crit-switch items. For that, it's identical to the stock.
Wine.
Lots and lots of wine.
I liek DBZ, Gundam, YuYu Hakusho and the trigun.
"So how drunk do you have to be to take off your shirt?"
that usually sets the tone right.
Otherwise, just introduce yourself and be a goddamn gentleman.
Oh man, those hats just upped in value a bit. To be fair, they've been super saturated for a long time. A Vintage stash is only a key while some of the other vintage hats are worth more. It's probably a good thing. They wouldn't retire weapons because they're used in the game, and not cosmetic features.
Just like, smile at the camera for varying intervals. Because goddamn I'd watch that. Have mumble comms going during it or something.
GOT IT!
Ok, replay matches/scrims with mumble comms. Have you smiling in the bottom right. Then on the top left have you surfing. And with that you've accomplished all things good in tf2.
