kuzaI think there should also be less "live" streams. Since pauses and live streaming comes with a few pitfalls. If they would do the cast, then cut it all together with nice camera angles, slow downs and some prep time to go over what's going to be discussed it would make for a much better production.
I really don't think this is a good idea, one of the main reasons that I watch TF2 matches is the fact that what is on the screen is happening right now and that just adds to tension of close matches. At the end of the ETF2L highlander final last season when DAROUTOUTOU had almost pushed the cart to the final point and with 16 seconds to go TviQ went huge and almost stopped the push I was going crazy to see if SNSD could actually be beaten. Because I was seeing it live it was so much more exciting, I never feel like that when I'm watching a post produced vod and I can rarely watch a full match after it has happened. The interaction with the casters in the chat also makes the games much more interesting to me.
