The adjusted IM prices in ESEA (season 27 and beyond) was a $14.95 league fee, and 2 months of premium ($6.95). So a season of IM if you didn't make playoffs was $28.85. If you made playoffs and needed another month of premium it was $35.80, and it does not cost more to play playoffs in RGL and you can ring/move divs without having to pay an entirely new league fee, only the difference if you are moving up a division.
