Tried out with him for a couple of nights, he was very very focused on the game and how as a team we could do better. He was very level headed even when we were losing, and showed he cares a lot about improving. If you were apprehensive about him before I would give him a tryout, he's got excellent dm, and I think with the right team he could do very well.
