impossible to get acceleration as a number, it will need to be in terms of T (tension in the wire) or μ (coef. of friction). if you are assuming g = 9.81 then a = 2.4525 - 7.3575μ

Clan of Doom's Toy Fort server (EU) is awesome. Some good players on there if you go on at the right times, bunch of mature regulars too so the mic conversations are rarely worth muting. I think the main group of regulars (people with What Would ___ Do? as their names) have their own server somewhere too...
