PlatinumblinKWell obviously that's the reality. You play with the people who you're friends with or who you mesh well with. And that's what we have had in invite over and over again every season. Nothing wrong with it I was just sharing a thought. I think the draft thing would be cool and make for a real exciting season because you wouldn't really have any idea on the favorites as we do now. Doesn't seem to realistic though so it was really just a pipe dream of mine.
And breloom ~ there is real money to be had. Except it's monopolized by the same 2 teams every season so nobody else gets a taste. Nothing wrong with it or anything but.. When was the last season plat/banny didn't finish 1-2 in the standings? Making that flight to LAN as a 3rd/4th seed knowing you have almost 0% chance at winning, losing a good amount of money mind you, is probably not very fun. Only cool part about it is you get to hang out with the guys we game with or against for a few days, the experience. I'm a really competitive person who hates to lose so for me to be in that type of situation it would definitely discourage me. Just my thoughts on it.
I dont know what to say to this? Us and emg were 3rd 4th seeds season 11,we were third seed last season. Its not our faults the other teams feel like they have 0 chance of winning, no confidence and drive in these other teams I suppose. Season 6 when complexity was the dominant team, do you think emg/both blight teams thought there was no chance at winning? No one is unbeatable, and spreading existing talent around because potential talent is too lazy to rise up is not the way for the game to grow, it's the way for the game to die.

So I have a pair of closed back headphones that I love (ATH-M50S), but I'd really like to get a nice pair of open back headphones. The two main choices right now are AD700s and HD518s, by Audiotechnica and Sennheiser, respectively. Any other recommendations are ofc welcome.

I used to type with my index fingers for a while, and then I just made a conscious effort to use the home row. Even if I had to look at the keyboard, I used the home row method. This led to me eventually learning to type the right way, and now I type at like 110 WPM. It's not a difficult task, you just have to want to learn.

athermaliirc, another colorblind player, Monochromatic Bunny tried to get a petition out to Valve in order to support a true colorblind mode in tf2. sadly, i don't think it got anywhere though.
I saw something in the steam workshop where it displays the team logo overhead, but I don't know how to implement something like that, or if it can even be done.

So I'm rather colorblind, which doesn't really bother me, except when I play TF2. From afar, it's hard for me to tell which players belong to which team. Is there any way that I can enable like a display config that helps? I have colorblind mode on, and it's not much better.
