Depends on timezone really. For PST, usually nothing goes on past 9 unless it's a stalemate-y game.

If you want to try something, you could use hud_deathnotice_time 24 (default is 12, so anything over that would work too I guess) and put your killfeed closer to your screen so that way, you could monitor who recently died.

I move my mouse with my arm so I don't usually have problems with my wrist. Also, I make sure that my arm is elevated so I'm not pressing it against the table/applying too much force.
