Exciting to see that more people are getting passes. Looks like Valve is ramping up!
The first batch of FPS games I played were Doom (for some weird reason, the computers in my daycare had it installed, so there were a bunch of 8-year-olds playing Doom), Battlefield (the original one), Halo 1, and Return to Castle Wolfenstein. Missed out on Goldeneye and Perfect Dark though.

Presenting November's YouTubers & streamers, ranked by a combination of their YouTube and Twitch stats during the past month:

Muselk, who seems to be a polarizing figure in the YouTube scene, came in 1st this month. Neither Jerma nor Ster were active last month (having too much fun with Overwatch, I suppose). Other members of the top 5 include FUNKe, B4nny, siN/NISLT, and Uncle Dane. You can read a write-up of the top 5 creators here.
ZestyTrisTI'm not too concerned about MM, although I'm kinda worried it'll bring the intellectual level of tf2 down unlike games such as csgo that have basically no mechanics other than point and shootThis is really wrong, the intellectual level of TF2 is way higher than you might expect considering the size of the game but the amount of effort teams put in and the stuff they think about is so much lower than a game like CSGO, despite the dm being different, and for good reason, a prize pool is the only thing that will drive that standard up as realistically you can't expect people to put the time in for no money. MM might actually allow valve to balance the game with respect to weapons and classes that are pretty broken currently and will introduce more people to a comp 6v6 format. I don't trust Valve to pull it off well from the start but after the initial shitfest it probably will mean more 6v6 players, more demand for tournaments and more support from valve which will grow the game, although I doubt we'll ever reach CSGO levels.
I am also OK with suffering through a few months of balance issues and bugs if it eventually results in something stable and balanced.
The numbers are a little funky due to a lot of people switching to Overwatch, but here's the YouTube/Twitch stats from the top TF2 content creators during the past month.

Ster, numbers-wise, came out on top. I know some people don't consider him a full TF2 YouTuber anymore, but he did make a video during the past month, so he remains on the list. Click here to see the full article and read about the scoring system.
Haven't stumbled upon your channel before. I'll be checking it out now. :)
cinderWhat about TeamFortressTV? Kinda strange not to see it in there considering most matches get an average of 600 viewers or more.
They're not an individual player, so they're not included in the list. But yes, they would otherwise be up there!

Jerma, was ranked #1 during the month. He promised to stream more TF2, which was a big reason why he gained 3x the number of new Twitch followers as anyone else on the list. Click here to see the full article and read about the scoring system.
My roommate plays a lot of League, so he's been trying to get me into watching it (but ironically, he's also trying to discourage me from getting into playing it because he says it's rage inducing).
Obviously we don't know his actual earnings, and each person will have a different CPM depending on how much or little their viewers click ads, but you can get a broad estimate on Social Blade. I would be more likely to believe the lower range given ($34k a year). http://socialblade.com/youtube/user/nislt
Presenting a table of TF2 streamers, ranked by their Twitch and YouTube activity during the month of August! These rankings are just based on their stats, not on personal opinion of who "good" they are as content creators. Table of the top 10:
Presenting a list of the most popular Mann Co items in August! These rankings only take into account the Mann Co Store, not any trading sites. One interesting item on the list is The Huntsman. Does anyone know why it was suddenly so popular in August?
