#1 Copenhagen Games Personal Feedback in LAN Discussion

Now that Lan is over and done with, I've watched back the stream and I have to say that was the best Lan I've ever been a part of. Casting Lan is such an eye opener for how amazing our community is and I loved all the feedback I got at lan. As no one is perfect and I'm very aware of this, I wondered if I could get any feedback from this Lan. Having to cast only from the stream feed instead of a bird's eye view that I control is a big change and was interesting to adjust to but i didn't feel like it was too much of a hindrance.

So any feedback good or bad as long as you want to help me grow will be appreciated.

MidnightMickDon't get so good that it's go's to your head & fuck off to another game with fairy lights n shit!
Keep what you doing and we'll all be happy. Thumb-up.jpg

I'll try my best not to get too good don't worry.

LavaMy only complaint is sometimes you gotta breathe and not say "Oh my god" so much :)
https://clips.twitch.tv/WittyAgreeableWolfNotATK lol!

Yea this goes back to the vocabulary thing mentioned before.

TheMackey5I don't have any specific points right now but I think you really improved from last season and it's nice that you stepped up to help with the season coverage this frequently!

Thanks man I really appreciate it man.

#5 Caster Feedback Thread! in TF2 General Discussion

Thank you I will work on my interaction with my co caster and look at my vocabulary. My only explanation for that is I need to keep an eye on the action developing so that's always my focus I feel working with beater and eepily is easiest because they have so much insight that I can trust in what they say and move on with the action.with the hyping plays I've worked on being more of a hype caster due to my lack of that was my biggest criticism of previous seasons.

Thank you and I will work on having more questions to say and work on the problem.I'm useally really tired by the end of a cast so maybe letting my analysis caster handling interviews more might be a good idea :)

#1 Caster Feedback Thread! in TF2 General Discussion

Hi guys!

Sadly the season has come to a close. So I thought as I put so much practice into the preseason last time to adjust my casting I was wondering. Can I get some feedback for this season of tftv coverage both positive and negative! Let me know below what you guys thought so I can adjust my casting style to give you the best viewing experience possible!!

#1 Why are you still here? in TF2 General Discussion

After 11 years of tf2 i really want to know something. Why are we all still here? What makes this game and comp scene special to you? Ive been playing the game for about 7-8 years and been involved with comp for nearly 3 years. I know there's some people that think the game is past its prime. But for most of us here we still love this quirky game and want to keep the lans and seasons rolling. So i was thinking why do you keep playing and watching this game? Im still here because ive never found a game that feels so good to play and watch. Also the community i surround myself with is the best from keeping me up when im low or enjoying dmix's on the weekends and the fun and laughter that ensues.

Lets us know why you're still here!

#7 EU passes Article 11 and Article 13 in World Events

The final vote will be in January, if im not mistaken and it will be up to the individual goverments to interpret how to apply these articles in law. Hopefully this mitigates the power it will give to certain organisations.

#47 no disrespect in TF2 General Discussion

I tried my best it was my first time hosting an event and i hope at least one person enjoyed my contribution to the event. I agree there is things to work on and I'll take any constructive criticism thrown my way. I loved the comunity at lan and as long as they enjoyed the event and what we did im happy for being a part of it.

#300 Ban Pred and Degu in Off Topic

i just want someone to clarify something real quick. when did all the standards we learn in real life become null and void in our community? like, i get that we all need a little escape from reality but i thought we all played tf2? we all support each other, even if we have rivals or people who we don't like. i know i do but i would leave that at the door when it comes to the overarching community we have here. now im not gonna sit here and act high and mighty because im not. im just perplexed at the attitude of some people in our community towards this.

from here i think we should all think of how to move on and fix this as a community, im not saying forgive others for what they've done but learn to better ourselves in our actions in the competitive environment. stop thinking of tf2 as an up-and-coming esport, think more of the quake live/3 scene. we are a tight-knit community and singling out members as attention-seeking victim card players is stupid when most of us have met or played together in some capacity. we are a really dysfunctional family that is getting smaller and smaller for all the wrong reasons, and we need to take some level of responsibility for that.

tl;dr: we are all humans in a small scene that need to be responsible for our actions and reflect on our conduct in the community as a whole.
