Changes:
- New taunt menu (the old one looked gross)
- New MOTD and hopefully fixed the HTML MOTD (logs, ads) not showing up
- Fixed clipping with the timer for added time value

added cap time is weird when added on to the main timer
not much else though, good hud!
(idk how to format these stupid things)
I know about the cap time added, I'm going to fix it in the next update, but I didn't knew about the HTML MOTD not showing, I'm going to remake the MOTD, so it should fix it.
