sandblastHybrido0I’m a big golfer. It’s a great sport very challenging but also gives you time to party while you are playing. I’m in south jersey and there are a bunch of good courses down this wayI am in jersey too :) what courses you play

Oo cool haha. Umm good spots in this area are “river winds”, “the links”, “Rancocas country club”, Ramble wood, Laurel creek, And Scotland run. Those are pretty nice public courses that aren’t going to break the bank. Lemme know if u have any other questions for south jersey golf!

#10 how do i start with comp? in TF2 General Discussion

Very good advice in this thread. You just have to go and do it because the only way to learn is to actually play. I also highly suggest watching some POV demos of players that are playing your class in 6s. It will
Help you understand what your “job” is during 6s gameplay.

Instead of 3 KOTH take out clearcut and keep reckoner. Not really hate against clearcut but it’s nice to change up the map pool a bit so going from clearcut to bagel is a solid idea. Keeping reckoner because it’s a newer map and I think it’s was refreshing to have a newer 5CP in play.

#17 Mastercomfig or Comanglia ? in TF2 General Discussion

Zhern those numbers seem very low. I have ryzen 5 2600 and 16 gigs memory along with a RTX 480 graphics card and with native resolution on my 144hz monitor I’m getting around 190 fps. It usually drops to like 90-120 during fights but still that’s more fps than your bechmarks.

brodywelcome back lolchellQLIQQLIQwhere do people do pugssomeone downvoting lol. so you said discord servers? I don't know how to find them but I want to try some pugs

never mind I found pug sites and discord servers. they look like they take a while to fill up tho, during the day at least and seem empty in the mornings.

pugs are a 12-4am activity smh

Unfortunately you are 100 percent correct there which limits my participation in them being east coast.

BrockHybrido0The comp scene in RGL is pretty healthy. Last season there were approx 120 teams for just 6s. HL and Propander had healthy seasons as well. So yea people play it and enjoy the game because no other game offers the kind of gameplay Tf2 does. Who cares how many pros play a fucking video that’s a stupid way to judge a game.
I wouldn’t really consider that last season of prolander very “healthy”, wasn’t even a full season and due to the lack of teams the prize pot got cut back. But yea, everything else is pretty decent.

Fair enough, I didn’t realize Prolander had a bad season I did notice there were only like 6 matches last season but I didn’t put two and two together. Also UGC still has ultiduo and 4v4 leagues so I’d would still say Tf2 has a decent comp scene. Not monetary wise but in terms of people wanting to play and compete.

#1 LFT season 9 in Recruitment (looking for team)

Looking for team for season 9. Preferably IM and or high AM. Pocket soldier. Working hard to improve all aspects of my gameplay. Very chill and easy to get along with.

#51 Admin misconduct in TF2 General Discussion

I think the biggest issue is the game sense. Players that have played in IM/Main are used to a totally different game play for scenarios such as pushing off as, sacking, etc. that’s why I feel even if those players aren’t playing their “mains” they still know wtf they are doing. Also higher level players often pug more than newer players which adds to their game sense. My AM team questioned a bunch of our player restrictions and other teams but never got anywhere. Funny fact. One of our players was restricted from solly bc he played a little in advanced invite HL. That player left and joined a new AM team 4 matches in and was allowed to play soldier. I honestly feel that if you have played high IM/Main you shouldn’t be allowed to play in AM. Why? Because your good/bettter game sense wise than most of thr division which is what happend with the team in question in this thread. I dunno why it’s fun to roll teams? TF2 is such a nuanced game that game sense and expierence really matter and should be taken into consideration more than someone’s official “main” class. If you wanna play with friends who are expierenced then play according to your expierence level.

#36 Where is the value in TF2, for you? in TF2 General Discussion

I find the strategy involved in TF2 to be the best part of the game. Not many games especially FPS games have the same type of very intricate strategies that TF2 does. Also helps me relax.
