the intro was the best part, i think you hit the nail on the head for keeping in visually appealing and not too lengthy. the song was great and i wish you would have continued to use it in the frag vid. you have some good ideas with that enemy pov (such as where you kill the medic in badlands lobby) but it could be executed better.
some little things that were mentioned by others that will go a long way:
use default crosshair or no crosshair.
move the killfeed out of the middle of the screen.
less HUD overall
maybe bring your fov a bit closer. it felt like i was watching the action from far away.
otherwise you did good.

Would you play an MGE Tournament with a prizepool?

mge tournaments have existed in the past. prizepool is a different story
the only way to find out if people are interested is to start an mge tourney and see who signs up.
imo i would have different categories, scout v scout, soldier v soldier, demo v demo.
and give a small prize to the winner of each category.
(maybe for demo v demo do it on nosplash so its pipes only? or spam stickies on some other map who cares)
