2-3 years ago i had a halloween party at my small as fuck house, i only invited about 15 people but by word of mouth/friends bringing friends it quickly grew to about three times as many attendants. my friend and i have a band together and we played our first show in my living room that night. i was really drunk by like 8pm. since my house is small people were chilling on the porch/randomly standing around my back yard, and that was kind of bugging me. i remember walking to the back yard and finding some kid all alone in the farthest corner of my yard (actually have a pretty big yard with a lot of trees, so it was super dark where he was) and he's way out of it, i thought he was just drunk but he told me he was on acid. so i kind of trip sit this kid for a few minutes until i reconnect him with his friends. around 9 or 10 someone mentions another party in the next town over, so all ~50 of us wind up migrating by foot, which is not a far walk but it was extremely amusing to see so many people moving in the same direction at once, most of us stumbling around and in funny costumes. we walk along the beach to get to the other party (i live on the shore) and i recall drunken rambling to all my friends and this girl who would not stop staring at me and was showing clear interest (i wound up dating her the very next day for a short few months). so we get to the other party, this is where shit gets golden (at least in my mind, you guys may think otherwise but oh well). so a whole crowd of about 30-40 people (some split off/went home) is outside of this house, no one knows who lives there or who told us to come to this party, everyone is like "umm how do we get in, whose friend lives here?" generally confused, im like "hey fuck it, its a party right" so i just knock on the door like a normal human being, the door opens an equal amount of people on the inside are staring directly at me like "who the fuck is this?" somebody asks "who is this?" and luckily i was dressed as a mime, so i kind of stand there and dont say anything and fortunately someone inside goes "its the mime, duh!!" and everyone starts drunkenly cheering and shit. so i walk in, start consuming more alcohol, making friends, eventually im in the backyard having this really deep drunk conversation with some hot girl who i will never find out what her name was or what she looked like (RIP), this is where it gets bittersweet- it was approaching that point where the girl and i were about to start macking it when people come running from the house into the backyard, i hear the word "cops" and immediately shoot up and start booking it. i jumped over a few fences, somehow come around to the front of the house and see two cop cars parked infront of the house. i sneak behind a few parked cars and make it down the street to one of my friends houses, where a couple of my friends and i find each other. at this point everything dies down and we leg it back home, but i remember one of the cops seeing me and shouting toward me "you got anything to say, mime?!" to which i said absolutely nothing. i stopped in a 7-11 to wash my face paint off because i was somewhat paranoid about police, also somehow recall getting a few towns over to this fried chicken place that stays open til 4am and eating some late night grub there. i tried for a while to figure out who the girl that i was going to start hooking up with was, but could not gather a bit of information about her. one of my friends swears he knows who she is and said i was better off not hooking up, because shes "a slut" and i would have gotten herpes. not really spooky, a shit load of fun in my mind, definitely the best halloween ive had so far.

when i started to get into comp tf2 i really liked alexwut on demo. Fragga always amazed me at his ability to play any class exceptionally well. i thought worms and plastic minnows made really good videos.

online gaming has this weird attractive quality to sarcastic nerds, so you get this massive congregation of generally unpleasant people, i lost my train of thought

my first time was with this kid i was friends with in hs who i found out was a huge stoner. at the end of senior year he asked if i wanted to try smoking, i had tried an edible before but it didnt do anything for me. so i was like "yeah i wanna see what this is all about". we smoked with a few other mutual friends, went to taco bell (typical!), and proceeded to totally space the fuck out while staring at the menu. i distinctly remember how LOUD the silence was, and then coming to and realizing that the employee behind the register was just staring at us like "these guys are definitely stoned". it was then that i turned to my friends, who were all still in a trance with their eyes fixed on the taco bell menu, and say "soooo does anybody know what they want to order?". of course we all ordered a ton of food and had a grand feast in that taco bell. from time to time i will think about that silence and the glazed looks on my friends faces and laugh to myself a little bit.

ive definitely seen a custom map with this concept years ago in tf2. have no idea what it was called though. i dont see any reason why it would not work in competitive 6s.
