Does anyone know if this this game was streamed? I wasn't able to tune in live and now i can't seem to find it on the linked channel.

I don't want to refer to their position in the list, but i am really happy to see TLR and Lanksy only now and so close to each other on top of that. (But please keep in mind that i can only judge these two from what i could see from videos and matches, so i can't "judge" their personalities at all pretty much.)

Rooting mostly for the "froyo" teams and the teamnames before, i remember TLR as a damn scary soldier (and a pain in the ass who would way too often beat my favorite team...). Can't really hate anybody though, so i just sobbed whenever mix^ won and tried to be happy for them instead. Can't describe how fun it was then, to be able to have him on my favorite team during his time with froyo. In terms of pocket soldiers he's definitely one of the earlierst i would mention if asked to name iconic ones.

And then there is Lanksy. That guy on his own made pocket soldier the dream of many people, i'm sure (no, i'm not, but at least for me it worked). He was so fun to watch and also just blew my mind by how he played pocket (i think he started the "gunboats depending on situation" trend..?). On top of that, the shade Vlogs - i'm honestly not sure if i should enjoy them as much as i do, because i'm still not certain shade was not legit bullying him sometimes and he was super uncomfortable, but i HOPE it was all in good fun and spirits. I also hope that's not a bad thing to say, but Lansky (to me) started as some kid coming in to play some god tier TF2 and he left maybe way too early, because i think he could've cemented himself as the best soldier in the history of this game.

These posts always take me down memory lane. This one in particular, because I used to have a huge gamer crush on Mackey.

I (obviously) never got to meet him but I started watching comp TF2 via ESEA as a 14 year old. Being European that was really weird and got even weirder when the phase started where I wanted to catch matches live - waking up at 3am or 4am and praying to the TF2 gods to not have crazy delays, otherwise I wouldn't be able to watch the end of a match or series before having to leave for school.

In that time I mostly followed Mackey and Tyrone and to me they are still symbols of TF2 simply for their mix of competitive drive but also lovelyness (although, like I said, I base that on videos and interviews and not having met them...).

Speaking of Mackey's off-classing I'm almost certain he had a play on badlands where he would go engi on offense. His team pushed and i think it didn't go that well. But he came in at the end of the push and placed a sentry lower entrance and got the cap thanks his level 1 sentry. I remember it as such a crazy and epic play!

Much love to everyone on this list and all that couldn't be included <3. I'm sure many have stories and memory fragments like me that wouldn't be possible without you and what you did.

I remember the analyst Sigma from a while back in NA TF2? I always enjoyed him, any other opinions on him..? Nowadays he still streams, i think (watched lots of his Ori content)?

Want to say thanks to Habib for streaming the first map to Shade! Hope you read this, you played amazing and that you allowed us to see the first map was awesome!
(I woke up 4:15 for the finals to catch a few games before i had to leave for work, thanks to you i got to see the first map at least!)

Paddie's performance during Rewind was amazing and it was a blast to watch! I sure hope we can see his personality stay somewhere in competetive TF2!
