Oldest (must have been when BC2 was fresh)
Oldest TF2 is actually from an internal 12 v 12 fun-match my clan at the time had
Ren & Stimpy, Batman (the old one from the 90s), South Park
KonceptComangliaAny reason you won't get another death adder? Also most middle click issues with Razer Death Adders can be resolved by disassembling the mouse fully depressing the middle click button (with the tip of a knife, paperclip, etc) and cleaning the area around the button.I've used Razer mice for a little over 5 years now, so for me it's more or less wanting to try something different. I also did try out an ec1-a about a year ago and loved the shape, but the buttons just felt far too stiff for my liking, so I ended up returning it. Also seeing that they've updated the model to have left and right clicks not as tight as before and side buttons that didn't feel like they were going to break after any number of button presses. That being said, if another deathadder is the best for me, I'll just get a new one

I reread your post I had missed that you were having wrist strain issues. Curious about how you hold/move your mouse.
Also one of the feet near the front of the mouse is wearing off, so I guess I could just take it apart and fix the scroll wheel but I'd certainly need a new set of mouse feet to apply afterwards. I'm thinking hyperglides but I don't know if there are any better options out there that are worth buying.
The wrist strain doesn't occur that often, and it could come down to the fact that I do a decent bit of aiming with my wrist. I know that my grip is a sort of hybrid between palm and fingertip (I say this because I know that my fingers are straight and not arched like in claw, but some of my palm does make contact with the back of my mouse in some spots), but I've never really thought about it too much.
flyingbuddyI've actually considered getting a naos 7000 before, but I tried some cheap off brand mouse that had a similar shape before and I didn't really like it. It's possible that because it was a brand that wasn't well known that I didn't enjoy the shape but I'll look into it.Koncept
I mean if you really want a mouse that feels big you could try the mionix naos 7000.
Your wrist strains could be due to you using your wrist to much, over your arm whilst gaming, as well as using a sensitivity that's to high. Here's an interesting article on it: http://www.criticalhit.net/gaming/dr-levi-harrison-talks-mouse-sensitivity-gaming-rsi/
As far as the sensitivity goes, I've actually changed my sensitivity about a month ago from 11.5 inches (29.21 cm)/360 down to 10.4 inches (26.416 cm)/360, so I don't really think that my sensitivity is too fast. I do use my wrist for a bit of aiming, but for large movements I move my arm for the extra distance. It doesn't happen very often, and the main reason that I brought it up was the fact that I haven't been the most satisfied with the overall ergonomics of my deathadder ever since i tried the ec1-a.
It's entirely possible that I'm either thinking about it too much or just using bad technique but the whole wrist strain thing doesn't happen that often, maybe once for a day every few months, but since I do a lot of typing for classes and for news articles I should probably do wrist stretches more often. It's entirely possible that the amount of typing that I do is also a factor in my occasional wrist strain.
Vulcanb4nny made a good video on wrist stretches to help reduce wrist strainI've seen it, and I think I'm going to start doing those more often since I'm doing a lot of typing and gaming
The NAOS probably uses the exact same shell as the off-brand, it's not a design by Mionix, they just bought it. The off-brand mouse probably even comes from the same factory as the NAOS (I think the ODM is LaView Tech).
As for wrist strain: I'd actually recommend trying a smaller mouse that allows for a bit more adjustments with your fingers instead of having to strain your wrist when doing long and fast turns. Something like a EC2-A or G403 could do the trick. I was using big mice for a long time and am now very happy with both a ZA11 (which is rather big) or a G Pro (which is rather small)

http://www.overclock.net/t/1547625/wmo-adder-guide
do you know if you can use the new DA elite sensor for this? I've done many kinzuadders with 3, 3.5g sensors. As well as a ghetto wmo adder lol. Going to be getting a 3d printer so i should have more capabilities when it comes to modding the shell.
Not as easily because the DAs after 3.5 G have a singular PCB with all components on it, so you can't route the WMO switches to the pins like you could before. Of course you could cut and solder, but I'm not sure about the routing on it, don't own a DA Elite myself.
But honestly these days with the abundance of good sensors in lots of shapes it's not really worth it anymore.
If you still want to have a WMO mod I'd recommend getting a used LogitechG502 because that has the sensor on a separate board again. Someone on OCN did that mod iirc.
FozI've been using a razer abyssus 2014 for 2 years now. There's been no issues, but now recently my sensitivity got pushed down real hard in tf2, several reddit threads were made on this subject about 3 months ago, saying to uninstall the software. It kinda works, but doesn't feel quite right, since i just got this problem now i wanna ask if someone else has had/still has this issue with a razer mouse. Is there a way to control the dpi of my mouse without the software, in order to get my correct sens or should i just go buy something else to get away from razer?
No personal experience with the recent Razer stuff, but it used to be that their latest ones do not support onboard memory, that means that if you uninstall Synapse you are stuck with the default CPI values. And Synapse for older models causing input lag.
netwrkjrkgrave of the fireflies
This one. Just watch it. Go the whole length. I mean, it's a tear jerker on purpose, but damn is it effective at that.
lockBeen using an Intellimouse explorer 3 @1000Hz for a few years and never had a problem with negative accel.
using 24cm/360 for tf2 and around 40cm for csgo.
Also if you have a newer processor (Skylake/Kabylake) the mice will not work due to removed legacy usb support. The only way I know of to get around this is to buy the asrock fatality motherboards with the "Mouseport" feature.
I found this out the hard way after building a new pc.
The driver in #6 was not available to me at the time but it might allow the mouse to be used in newer setups without the specific mobo.
You probably hit above 1.6 m/s, but the thing about the MLT04 sensor is that it does not lose track and go bananas when hitting above that speed, the cursor just gets gradually slower. I could even use it at 60cm/360 but a fast turn would end with me not doing a 180° but rather a 100° turn. So even if you sometimes hit above perfect control speed it's probably not too big a deal.
Vulcanyou can oc mice?
You can OC the USB port for old mice, it was required on the WMO and also the older G300 and G500 models from Logitech to unlock the max tracking speed because by default they ran with 125 Hz. Newer mice already have 1000 Hz enabled and you don't need to manually overclock the USB port anymore.
That being said: If you are a high sens player you can still use the WMO, it's just that its perfect control speed is only ~1.6 m/s. Overclocking the USB port is also easily possible now ever since joshuastarr paid for sweetlow's driver to be signed, you can find the tool here: http://www.overclock.net/t/1597441/
thesqrtminus1yeah i got a G600 with a niceish mousepad
fps is normally >120 on a bad day
i have a normal monitor, tvs are gross
the only thing im worried about with lowering my sens is that i might run out of space on my desk even with my huge-ass mousepad
MonkeySuitg600 is a huge mouse with a laser sensor which means it has accel. I'm sure it's not your only issue but a lighter mouse with a good sensor might help. Also if you're running out of space below like 15" you're not using your mouse space correctly. The g600 I assume is hard to pick up because of it's size and shape so a lighter mouse with a different shape will probably help with that as well.
There is also no substitute for dm'ing and mge'ing all day if you're not scrimming or pugging.
Laser sensor itself doesn't mean accel, just a specific type of laser sensor that was very popular at the time and is also used in the G600. The G600 itself is a pretty bad mouse to be honest. I would recommend getting something like a Ninox Venator, Logitech G Pro or Dreammachines DM1 Pro S if you want and ambi, if you need an ergonomic shape go for the Roccat Kone Pure Owl-Eye or Logitech G403. You can also look at Zowies but imo they are overpriced currently because they sell old tech for premium price still.

184 cm or between 6' and 6'1" I guess. But I have a 80 cm vert so at least I can dunk/spike properly. trying to get to 1 m again though.
