lod settings causes input lag

I think it does only if you set Transparency Multisampling to 2x Sparse Grid Supersampling, so you should definitely set it to AA_MODE_REPLAY_MODE_ALL

Use older version of Nvidia Inspector e.g 1.9.7.8 or lower. Also it is said that having Supersampling on AA_MODE_REPLAY_MODE_ALL is better because no lag input

SentinelHave you tried the basics? Verifying game cache, running the game with -default and no cfgs
I've found out what part of game killed the anims - spy.cfg. So I should probs rewrite it. Thanks everyone!

If this does not work remove the mods slowly one by one

There's probably some kind of registry issues, or you do not have .NET Framework installed/updated
