(if anybody has any solid insights into why Demomen are so in favour of this thing I would love to know.)
Because when their pocket runs it they don't have to struggle to share the ammo supply. I can appreciate that aspect but it's hideous and annoying and gimmicky with the charge shot so meh.

Looking for a pocket and a scout (probably flank oriented) for a low/mid IM team for S25. Looking for chill and friendly people with experience in IM or high open at least. Pockets need to be vocal leadership types who can call and lead. We play Sun - Thurs 930 - 11+~ est. Keeping the schedule is important therefore highlander players need not apply.
Please add Jaguar

LazyP was my backup about 10 seasons ago for a short while. He was good and a really friendly dude. He's been getting back into it and with his prior experience I think he'll get back up to speed quickly. I'd start looking around high openish maybe. Good luck!
Can get a little bit down on himself but he's seriously the chilliest, kindest guy with a ton of great experience. Do not pass this man up!
Incredible, powerful gamer and best bud.
Probably numerous stickies hit you for the farthest minimum damage barely on the edge of the splash zone but since there's a bunch of them they still instagib you and you go 'woah that radius is huge!'. Actually since the great nerf traps did get nerfed and being more precise with sticky placement for traps is important at times otherwise they just don't reach or don't do enough damage to kill where they may have before.
One of my two legendary Iron --> IM fraggers. Considerate, intelligent, articulate. Good at everything but most experienced on scout. He improved a ton in 2 seasons and deserves your consideration. <3
I'll confirm what everyone else already said. He's super nice, very focused, has a great attitude. Asks lots of questions and genuinely strives to learn and improve. Seems to be developing some good leadership qualities. Sometimes his jumps and aim look really wild and wonky but they often do big work. Played with us in some high open/IM pugs and did OK. This dude is great and I highly recommend trying him out!
Playing games, for the most part, doesn't use much up/down. We managed to play on 56k and lower years ago. Yeah it wasn't quite as smooth as today and pings tended to be higher but it was totally worth it (definitely very playable).
Great guy to play with. Friendly, smart, improved a lot and continues that trend.
He has improved a lot over the past season or so. He is smart, has good comms, and good mechanics. He has organizational and leadership qualities too. Better than mid open for sure. When he roams in pugs he's often very predictably aggressive but he tends to execute a lot of the time anyway, so why not. He can be very direct and frank the way he talks which can upset some people or make him look arrogant when he isn't right but still very confident about what he's saying. If his real life situation actually allows him to commit time then he's a really solid gamer worthy of your tryout.
