I have the same issue, I don't know a fix unfortunately, so I'm hoping someone else knows of some sort of fix. My specs are:

Something similar to this happened to me when using someone's laptop and it was an AMD driver issue, but it seems you already tried messing with drivers. Maybe your card is dying for whatever reason?

TF2 crashes every time tournament mode starts from the looks of it.
Edit: I managed to fix it by using my own hud in my custom folder, I guess I'll update this post if I find what the problem is with the hud used in lawena

Mouse and Mousepad

MeematI'm using a Deathadder Black and lusting after the Zowie EC1, which is strikingly similar but with better components. The main reason is that the DA has some crazy liftoff,meaning that when I lift my mouse to make a rapid turn, it keeps sensing even when my mouse isn't on the pad - seems like a small issue but it's super annoying. I found scotch tape to fix it but that messes with the glide...
My mousepad is a QCK Mass, which I like b/c it doesn't slide around or get folded up on itself.
The DA 2013 fixes the LOD issue it seems, it really threw me off at first when I got it after having the DA 3.5 and black for so long. As for synapse, it really isn't that bad, it seems all the issues with it were fixed, and if you aren't changing settings a lot you don't need it installed after you initially change the settings with it. Alternatively, if you want to keep it installed like I did, just use offline mode.
Also, the goliathus speed is a great and cheap pad if you don't mind the giant razer logo, I heard the control is terrible though, so I'd advise against it probably.

Shantae Risky's Revenge is on IOS I believe. Not sure about the controls, as I played it on 3ds, but it is a fantastic metroidvania.
