Imo, I believe the c-tap jumps should be later on in the course. Some of the later ones I could do successfully repeatedly, but these c-tap jumps I could only get once out of three million tries. I had to noclip the dropdown jump and turbine jumps :\

Get to mid fast. Split your attention 2-3 ways so you don't get murdered by a roamer/scout/demo. Do maybe 100 damage to each which doesn't matter because you're to die to mid range shots from each of them.
Or you live and sit at sub-50 hp in lobby waiting for the pack you took 5 seconds ago.
Or you can lob a few stickies and fall back, effectively doing nothing with your fast rollout.
Your better off getting to mid at 175 hp or more.
One thing should be noted. Both medics basically ignored the medigun, resulting in an exteme lack of ubers and London's frustration
