took a nap. woke up and the team dies.
oh I forget mulitsampling again MA BAD. I realize that this video might not be helpful for anyone who's played anything higher than mid open. Trying to get a demo review out today or tomorrow.
Good video, try to stay away from saying "i'm not trying to show you how good I am" after you already include the disclaimer. I also think that some of the sections have too many clips that I'd consider very similar. Ex: When you're explaining the 3 types of surfing, you should include 2-3 clips illustrating your point. Especially since your video is really long, I'd say 2 clips is plenty because the in this video the first few clips got the point across. After you finish your point, the viewer believes that you get out of a fight or cap, etc. You don't need to show me that you leave after you've told me. Most of these tips just come down to cutting time. It's a 20 min video so it might not appeal to most viewers or you might have information overload for newer players.
While the video is focused on the more generalized idea of surfing damage instead of medic surfing. I think you should have mentioned that a lot of surfing and damage taken can be avoided through positioning and by your dm classes(killing/denying jumpers etc).
please release map rotations
going to make weekly scatter school midfight map overlooks
I don't know about other teams naming everything on the map but I usually just use generic names for every map.
ex: for mid you would have, choke, flank, cafe, hut, under/on/above point. 2nd looks like: choke, flank, cafe, point, under/water, right/left lobby, batts. etc
how do ringers/subs work?
CaspianIt's rule/tip number one in the "Mad Documents" and the Scatter School notebook.
Play down a division with your good friends to maximize enjoyment.
There's no flaw in this tip unless you choose a division that's too high.
I wasn't playing because of school and I joined xE after my finals (basically end of regular season). I wasn't going to convince an invite team to cut a scout for me. So I'm not sure what you mean. At least be accurate if you're going to call me out.
A lot of lower players get stuck in lower divisions because they can't take criticism from their team and from higher players. They're stuck making the same mistakes because they won't listen. Large egos kill teams.
FenryrSweater, haven't heard from him in a while.
in jail after s14 lan

out of curiosity why is the high five taunt banned?
quas isn't a legend, he's an up and coming euro scout
It's fun if you're looking for some time to kill

It's not that much that you should just stop playing. If you really enjoy tf2, you're playing it because you enjoy it not because you care about making money. Like any hobby, you're paying to do it. Best case, you come out with some money, or come out even. If you make lan, the community is almost ready to help you get there and if not you payed $60 for a game you've probably invested 4k+ hours into (I'd argue that it's a fair trade).
Things that make me happy: Bikes, friends and food
