Spire is there, you just have to get it at the right angle as to avoid the fence. You can see an example of this in the ESEA S18 lan intro.

One season of open is the requirement unless we are desperate, in which case the admins can make executive decisions. We had an abundance of coaches last week so we didn't need to worry about it.
