glassfigsyhi, tf.tv is mostly used by players looking to compete in esea, which generally a less beginner-friendly league such as ugc. if you post this on the ugc forums over here, you'll probably have better luck finding other newbies to make a team withyes. see also the newbie mix steam group where you can learn to play 6s with people of your skill level.
