Other Games
a bit niche and definitely not what you should go for first but Far Cry 3 : Blood Dragon is really fun, has good aiming and movement mechanics, a cool aesthetic and can be done in around 10-15 hours while not feeling like just a meme.
Mentioning it instead of anything else because I don't know if many others would, and more common titles will definitely be mentioned anyway.

how do you disable seeing friendly players' health when hovering your mouse over them ? additionnally how do you disable the healer info banner that shows up when you're being healed ? asking for m0rehud if that changes anything

and i was just looking to get into the competitive scene to commit my time to something, eventually want to be in prem but that will be in time
There's already a 6v6 season running at the moment so there probably aren't many teams looking for players ; there should be many more transfers and teams lfp once this season concludes somewhere in December.

ShearsI've actually been working on an STV hud that shows only killnotices + HP cross with some generous advice from Wiethoofd -- I've gotten most of the way there but I am stuck on the last couple of items needed to make it a reality.
I've basically hijacked the TargetID panel and removed all other HUD elements, the last two things I need for it to work properly is
a) figure out how to properly reposition/resize the targetID panel and/or the HP cross element so that I can get it in the size and position I want, and
b) change the font of the HP number within the cross such that it matches the POV HP cross
I'd be happy to share this STV hud with the community once it's done but I need some help getting it over the finish line.
More to the point -- I've made my own POV hud that shows only HP and killnotices, if you know how to move all the other elements of your custom HUD off the screen then you can isolate what you want to show.
In fact I forgot to mention it but I'm working on an STV demo unfortunately, so good luck with the STV hud !

thanks a lot, I already knew about the hp & uber option, but since I wanted my custom hud's font and health cross it didn't fit. I will try that other possibility you mentioned as well, cheers
