Ya, same. I used to lag spike alot but a week ago i cleaned my room and it went away. It was proboly a coinsadence but usually stuff like that goes away.
I know that ethernet is the best option, and i really want to do it but i can't. Is there any other way to fix this issue. I've asked my parents before and they said it will look tacky, and they don't want me putting wires through the walls.
Where do i get those, and how do i get them installed?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qDPvn8gpfw0 I made a video how my lag looks like
Yes I'm on wifi, and my parents and siblings use the internet. But i never had lag spikes like this before. my screen freezes for a second or two so i can't see if my ping or fps changes on my net graph.
I've been getting really annoying lag spikes recently. I never really had them untill around the time of the new update. When i'm playing on a server it's not lagy, but every minute i get a shot lag spike that lasts 1 to 3 seconds. So If i see a spy in front of me i get a lag spike for like 2 seconds and stabs me, Its really annoying. I tried reinstalling but it didn't help. I don't think its the internet because i used to get lag, but i never got lag spikes that makes it impossible to play. Please help me, I'm thinking of quiting tf2 because it's very hard to play with this. 90% of my deaths are from lag spikes.
