Agreed @ Tagg. I think having a server and maybe a mumble channel dedicated to 'after-game' questions/tutorial would be helpful. I know I've had questions for coaches after the game and since it ends so abruptly/everyone leaves I don't get a chance.

Like dedicating a part of my hard drive space to another operating system. Windows and OS X working on the same computer. Sounds scary. Is it undo-able? Also, keeping tf2 on OS side would be a bad/good idea?

I want to do the windows via boot camp thing on my macbook, but partitioning sounds scary to me. About how much space would windows/tf2/few documents need? And is there anything else I would need to know about doing it?

For some reason, my macbook had a problem with the mouse accel in TF2. I downloaded the Mouse Acceleration Preference Pane from http://zuckschwerdt.org/mac and it allows you to set your acceleration. I don't know why, but at -0.2x accel is really 0 accel for my mouse. As soon as I changed that my mouse stopped jump lagging all over the place. Made a big difference. Also try adding in those launch commands for mice that everyone is always talking about. Those might help.

Also, I tried maxframes and it lagged me worse than normal. Not sure if that's a mac problem or what. I didn't feel like troubleshooting it.

I use Q/E/R for primary/secondary/melee. Just easy to reach and I always know what weapon I'm switching to.
