If the only criteria is that it has to vaguely relate to the American dream, you could try "A long way gone" by Ishmael Beah and do a contrast essay on how different his experiences are compared to those living "The American Dream".

I think everyone should read that book anyways but w/e.

Other than that you could try "The bell jar" by Sylvia Plath. I'm pretty sure you can definitely get an essay on "The American Dream" out of that, although as a 16 year old boy you may not care about the content.

Basically you just set up an account (which is free) and then you ship all your american shit to them and then go across the border and pick it up for like 10 bucks. Price depends on the weight of the package but you can look at the exact prices on their website. Its essentially a pay as you go american po box that you can ship any size package you want to. That way you don't have to deal with all the border fees and stuff. If you don't live in the Vancouver area then this isn't really of use to you, but maybe you can find a similar thing near your area.

This was my first mechanical keyboard, and for gaming its great, but if you type a lot I would look elsewhere. The keyboard has a shortened backspace button (it's shortened to the size of a regular key) it may seem like a small thing but I used the keyboard for months and couldn't get used to it. There is other small changes as well but that was really the main one that threw me off. Also its more of a preference thing but blacks wore out my fingers pretty quickly when I had to write essays and stuff. I upgraded to a Daskeyboard Model S Ultimate with browns and I'm really enjoying it. As for a suggestion, I can't really give much as I'm not too familiar with keyboards in your price range.
