So I've had this weird problem where my interp is set to a really weird number whenever I type in cl_interp. It's like 0.00152 or something. But my cfg shows 0 for interp.
I've tried deleting it, then re-posting the cl_interp 0 back into my cfg and it's done nothing.
Halp? ;(

check *all* of your configs
keep in mind that your interp cannot go below 1/updaterate anyways (unless a server is misconfigured)

check if your cl_updaterate and cl_cmdrate is set to 66, if not change it to 66.
edit apparently i can't read

it is supposed to be like that
cl_interp 0 sets your interp to lowest value possible

I was @ ETS LAN and my interp was stuck too.
Based God cinqcinqcinq took my seat and typed many commands in the console.
Then it was fine.

1) cl_interp 0 does not set cl_interp to the lowerst value possible. It just means that your *interp* (not the same thing as cl_interp) will be equal to to cl_interp_ratio/cl_updaterate.
2) 0.00152 is not even the correct value, it's (on normal servers) 1/66 which is 0.0151515...
3) None of this should show up in *console* for the value of cl_interp (which is what they're talking about!) if cl_interp actually gets set to 0.
