jopper youve literally had your liver replaced because of drinking
LMAO
capnnofapnThe mantreads air control change should make bombing easier when scouts are around because you can swerve around in the air so much more to throw off their aim. You can also be more unpredictable by choosing weird angles to jump that would slow you down too much to be effective before.
Everyone seems to be forgetting that the mantreads make it pretty much impossible to juggle you or slow down your momentum mid-air. They had a pretty niche use before, where you could push like badlands last or granary last upper without getting juggled. I think now they could be used in a few more situations because of the strafe increase I guess? They still don't have near as much game impact as the gunboats.
kaiduswickedplayer494Part 2:
TF TeamSoldier
Crusader's Crossbow
- Bolt healing is very high and significantly out-heals the Medigun when the target is in combat. This might be okay given the trade-offs (risk-vs-reward of ranged shots hitting and the opportunity cost, no overheal). However, it's also the fastest way to build Ubercharge - under the right conditions (e.g. corner damage farming with the Medic behind cover).
- Changes:
- Ubercharge gain rate reduced in the same way that the Medigun's healing (and therefore, Ubercharge build rate) is - based on the last time the target was in combat
- Reduced by a third when 1 - 10 seconds outside of combat, and scales up to normal over 10 - 15 seconds
I don't understand what they mean by this change. Medigun builds exclusively based on time spent healing, not how many heals are put out. Only thing that impacts it is buffing at high health builds slower right?
Does this mean the Crossbow will now do less healing and require "crit heals" or have they added a new mechanic where Uber builds slower if you recently took damage while healing remains uneffected?
I always thought it was strange that crit heals don't build Uber faster, but this update note reads like valve don't understand how the mechanic currently works.
I think what they did was add in "crit uber %" for the crossbow specifically. So when the player has crit-heals, they also get the max uber % gain from the crossbow, whereas if they get bowed right after getting damaged, it's only a third of what it currently is.

my team got kicked out of cevo for getting too many forfeit wins
and we never played on an actual cevo server because the client didn't work even once
the301stspartanBut if you have money for audiophile gear to enjoy your 24bit 96000hz vinyl rips and money for a seedbox, you also have money for direct download premiums/ usenet accounts or actually just buying your music, and all of those seem much less laborious to my uninformed self than getting into high level torrenting?
sometimes your only options to get a piece of music is to ship a record for 50 euros or torrent it
and personally i've never had a usenet account or premium download site account but i highly doubt they have the selection that dedicated private trackers have. i don't think any site has ever had a collection close to what.cd used to have, though redacted is on its way to that
this thread is fucking wild, im not even sure what you guys are arguing about
if you don't understand the point of a private tracker like RED, you've probably never had an issue finding music. I get you can use shit like soulseek or public trackers, but those don't gurantee the quality or the availability of what you're downloading. People don't give a fuck about leeching on public trackers because there are no repercussions, whereas on a private tracker you're pretty much guaranteed to have seeded torrents on even the really obscure stuff because people just park seedboxes on them.
just for example, the very first thing i downloaded from what.cd way back in the day was this artists discography. This shit did not exist anywhere else on the internet except in 128kps mp3, and even then i couldn't find everything. I get on what.cd and boom its all there in perfect FLAC, and it was getting actively seeded so it downloaded pretty much instantly. If you don't see the benefit of a large database of organized, heavily moderated, and extensive library of music you probably don't deserve to be on the tracker in the first place.
the301stspartanHi I don't torrent but can one of you invite pirates tell me what's the benefit of interviewing at a private tracker as opposed to just paying a few shekels for uploaded.net premium and direct downloading everything?
its free
