low fps problems

fixed, turns out ULPS was underclocking my card to 300mhz, disabled it in afterburner and hitting 200-250fps in practice range now

heksyou should try going to resource monitor and putting overwatch in high priority, also this might sound pretty stupid but try setting everything to max and see if you get more fps
everything maxed gives 40fps in practice range

Getting around only 80-110 fps in overwatch with my PC, is it normal? it's kind of making getting a 144hz monitor not worth it.
PC specs:
i5-4460
16gb ram
asus b85m-gamer
rx 480
550 watts power supply
