So....when your streaming at 60 FPS your system is gonna take a huge performance hit. It's only natural that it feels less smooth when you play. If you're using windowed mode on TF2, that's definitely hurting as well. OBS does really well with game capture so if you can use full screen TF2, do it. Other than that, make sure you're closing background applications, web browsers, etc.

Also did you say you're using dxtory + OBS? Dxtory doesn't even need to be used anymore just use the built in game capture.

You need to post the resolution that you are streaming at and the FPS as well. The quality that you choose to stream at WILL affect your TF2 performance.

Your internet connection has nothing to do with the jitter or whatever else that you feel. It only changes how people see your stream.

Also you need to update your OBS - send buffers are no longer something you can control
