Nvidia control panel crashing

Whenever I try to run Nvidia Control Panel, it crashes. I have reinstalled it going on 5 times now, and whenever I try to access it, it gives me NVIDIA Control Panel has stopped working. Also I run dual monitors and Tf2 will minimize and the mouse will appear on the 2nd monitor, minimizing my game. I can't access the control panel to see what's wrong. Any ideas?
