kill them, your entire team will be infront of them. Wild theory crafting like this is pointless until people actually play on these weapons and try these things. I predict the solemn vow and quick fix will be rebanned though.
The rest of their team will be getting to choke the same time yours does except there's a good chance your team will have a dead demo and they won't

Solemn Vow has the same issue pre nerf booties did. If you didn't use them and the enemy demo did you were just hurting your team. Same thing is most likely going to happen with the Solemn Vow

first of all, nobody was able to argue why the pomson is even a good weapon since it got nerfed. it was stated that in most situations, it might lose a medic 1-2% (?) ubercharge from a medium to far distance. however, I can agree with you in that this is one of those "stupid" weapons that probably shouldn't even be in the game. It's really just a pointless weapon that won't do much.
and i'm also sure the quickfix will get banned after one day of scrims
The problem is that engy dies and at worst the lose 10% uber if that, Just rebuff and push on player and uber add
So what I am getting from this is that Medic and Scout got buffed even more. While Soldier and Demo get indirectly nerfed because of the Scout and Medic buffs

People used booties because they were broken and they wanted to win. If you weren't using booties and the enemy demo was you were just hurting your team
