But I think that I'll go for 1060 since I have no plan to buy any g-sync/freesync display, both are just too expensive for me here. maybe some decent 144hz would be just enough for me + like you said on about future proof thing.
Guys, what should I pick. rx 480 or gtx 1060. both are literally at the same price in my country. and I heard that rx 480 is more "future proof" , like running better in vulkan and some dx12 games than 1060. but the 1060 looks a bit more powerful than 480. tough choices here. :\
btw both are gtx 1060 6gb / rx 480 8gb and both are aftermarket of course.

Second desktop (right) was actually 1360x768 but I forced it to run it on 1080p without any prob so (except for some annoying warning screen by monitor that this is not native resolution.)

Started comp in late 2012, when I saw clockwork and b4nny frags videos for the first time. I was amazed. then months later I randomly jumping into a pug server. The result is meh though
Also I was playing scout for the div 6 team (div 3 asia) on the same year, got 2-1 before we disband the team in late 2013.
