Plugging into the back panel, as you've said seems to have fixed it, though I wish I did not have to have it this way. Anyway to fix the front port perchance?

It seems worse in some games and not as bad in others. TF2 is moderately low, my desktop is quiet, my PAYDAY 2 is glaringly obvious.

My headphones, and every other headphones I've tried out, make a constant and very slight static-like sound. In TF2 it changes pitch depending on which direction I'm looking; up, down, left, or right. Any ideas on how to fix? Thanks!
