Nilcause extine specifying "free" with the yt version implies that they may be considering monetizing the high quality version, so the torrent suggestion isn't actually necessary.
I would fully support them trying to recoup their costs of creating it so having to pay for a 50fps version would be fine. However he didn't specify that you did have to pay for it so telling the eXtv crew that there are people who would seed it if he released it on bittorrent is good.
