phraxtake everything out of your launch options except -console (leave the resolution commands if you want but they do nothing once set), all of those other commands are either useless relics or buggy and harmful
there's a thread stickied on the steam tf2 forums about adding an exemption to a certain folder in your antivirus try doing that as well
make sure cl_threaded_bone_setup is set to 0 for a dual core CPU
if those don't work try -autoconfig in launch options and see if that fixes anything, and if you have any skins or anything installed remove them
None of it worked. Tried to join a lobby, still froze on 'Sending Client Info'.
also exempted my tf2 folder on my AV

kkk. Kind of a sitting duck here, and the only thing I can legitimately do to improve at something is by going to MGE or giving head to rocket jumpers on hightower with sniper.
Also, is there any info I can give besides this that might help find a cause for this problem?

Monitor doesn't recognize new build, dead mobo/GPU

ZUFESKI just built a computer (first build ever!) but when I plug my monitor into it and turn it on, all the fans and stuff work but the monitor says "no input detected" or something like that.
PC Specs:
CPU: AMD FX-6300
GPU: Powercolor R9 270
Motherboard: MSI 970A-G43
So I'm starting to think my motherboard or GPU is dead but I dunno HELP
Motherboard does NOT have onboard graphics.
I tested the monitor on another computer and it works.
PLEASE HELP THANKS
Sorry but... Did you check to see that your Monitor's cable is put into your GRAPHICS CARD and not your motherboard? If so, then please head over to a tech forum. They probably have more knowledge than us, and they can help you fix your problem.

Given that we might have different definitions about what normal solutions are, can you please let me know what setting you currently have custom files at for TF2? You can see that if you click Options --> Multiplayer --> Bottom right drop down. If it's set at "Do Not Download Any Custom Files" then the result will be what you've described as happening to you.
Its been at allow all custom files from servers.
UPDATE: I just went on my usual MGE server, and I could download the MGE map. For some reason its just like 90% of all community servers that I have a problem with, along with lobbies.

Is bhop worth learning?

AdmirableMightyAlready did that. But do you have any tips with improving consistency? I'm also having trouble gaining jump distance using it.
Smooth mouse movement and timing is where you will find the speed.
Specific to TF2 though, bhopping down slopes will give you the most noticeable gains. There was some aussie medic who made a videos/article on this I think? Can't remember the specifics :E
You can also add in additional stafes whilst airborne to increase speed e.g. doing an S-curve in one jump
There was actually a hack that performs these micro-strafes in the air hundreds of times per jump to gain maximum distance. Whilst that might not be humanly impossible, it demonstrates that there are gains to be made.
Try getting to grips with it in a game where it isn't totally gimped. Maybe Fortress Forever? Quakeworld? CPM?
I personally learned playing Natural Selection and other GoldSrc mods which had no jump buffer hence the reliance on mwheel.
I always recommended these videos as a basic explanation of the mechanics air control / bhop

clckwrkI don't really understand this whole "worth it" argument. You bind a movement to mousewheel and you spin it. It's something you can learn so organically in TF2, because it's something you can just do on your way to somewhere as sniper or medic when you're bored. Literally every aspect of a competitive game that gives you any edge is worth it. Unless you have no timing mechanics whatsoever and can't move your fingers normally, it's worth it to learn bhopping. It can honestly get you out of some situations, especially as medic or sniper when you're going down a slope.
It's not hard to learn, and honestly it's fun. Especially if you try to learn the timing in css bhop maps. It's entirely up to you whether or not you'll think it's fun enough to spend time doing. But the time you spend doing it isn't mutually exclusive from practicing the other aspects of the game. If you had to go into modded servers to learn, or use a script that didn't work on ESEA, of course it wouldn't be worth it. However, neither are necessary.
In other words, if you want to be the best, you should consider everything to be worth it, especially if it doesn't detract from you learning other elements.
major thakns. Quite the insight on competitive... I'll try and remember it whenever I find something that I think could be useful. But really when you think of it, if you keep on learning situational things, then you'll have a situational thing for every situation.

All temps are fine, but CPU Usage goes a bit Higher than usual when trying to download maps. I've verified the integrity of the game cache, and 0 Files are missing. I've also tried to uninstall + reinstall... TWICE and it was ineffective. My internet is also too fast for it to be the problem.

I can't join community servers or download maps

Every time I try to join a most community/non-valve servers, TF2 stops responding on 'Sending Client Info' or when I'm downloading materials or a map. I've tried most normal solutions, but I could not find them. I REALLY want to play 6s and HL on the one computer I have that isn't 10 Years old, so please help......
