I actually messed with the net settings a bit more, and found more success by changing cl_interp to 0.033/0.05. There is a bit more latency, but it's still VERY much acceptable for rockets. It's also apparently better for hitreg/consistency in competitive scenarios. I tried doing cl_interp_ratio 2 as the guy on the thread suggested, but it didn't feel as good. (I don't remember but either there was more lag or there was more stuttering)
I also found out that putting cig_smoke in place of all of the muzzleflash particles was causing me to crash, so I've got that covered.
STOGEJust wanna say I tried these out and its seemingly made my game feel a lot smoother than it was before, always had a hassle finding net settings that felt right.
