Good guy, listens to calls. Doesn't argue during the game from my pugging experience with him. Should be able to do fine in IM.

#26 2016 black friday/cyber monday deals in Off Topic

Ordered those 4am today, they sound perfect for myself personally. Raised mids and bass for good vocals and a bit of head vibration along with being closed back(little noise leakage) since i'll be commuting (2 hours to uni almost every day)

#30 best players to not play with 144 or 120hz in TF2 General Discussion
Nusemandjango was also very good while playing on 60hz, and I get hes not sdb or numlocked but playing at a high level on 60hz as scout is much harder than doing so on soldier demo or med.

but django isn't a player

playing 60 hz as a soldier isn't hard? Boy you must not play much soldier because going from 60hz to 144hz increased my airshot accuracy and directs generally by twice as much. Hitting Doubles were almost impossible before changing from 60hz.

#13 Looking for headphones suggestions in Hardware

Thanks for the suggestions bois but these philips seem to be the best buy for the current price they're going for here in Canada http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16826138190&cm_re=shp_9500-_-26-138-190-_-Product, I decided to go with open back ones for now and depending on the black friday sales i might pick up another closed back pair (either the M40x or 280 pros by the looks of it)

#7 Looking for headphones suggestions in Hardware
ConsoleGo with the 280 pros like listed above. Had my pair for years and the only problem I'm starting to have is the earpads are starting to tear apart pretty badly. Bassy sounds come through especially well, and overall sound comes through really clearly. They're pretty comfortable on my head, and they've held up really well and can take a hell of a beating. If you use sound queues for anything in game you can soundwhore really well (especially when trying to listen for subtle things like uber masks or footsteps).
Best headset I've owned, grab 'em if you want decent quality headphones.

From the reviews iv seen by big tech nerds on youtube, most people say they're not too good on the bass tho.

#1 Looking for headphones suggestions in Hardware

Yo,
Black friday is coming up soon and im looking to spend between $50-$150 CAD on a pair of headphones.
A couple of personal preferences:
Over the ear
Closed back
Noise isolating
clear vocals and good bass

All suggestions are welcome
