Don't wait on Valve to fix this for you unless you want to become a skeleton who plays tf2.
But comanglias ran with 300 fps before jungle inferno now only with 30 which is weird but here are the specs

There are almost no configs too save you seriously there are almost no configs comanglias does nothing as an example i'm sorry people but unless valve gets the game back to normal or you who reads this gets a better pc there is no real big hope for you and heck you're lucky when it works for you anyways the only config that does something is mastercoms http://www.teamfortress.tv/42867/mastercomfig-fps-customization-config even though this config doesn't make a huge performence boost if you now say but Mitarsu what was your avarage fps before i'll be honest 30 and even with comanglias 30 you maybe get an insignificant bosst when you stare at a wall and please don't get me wrong i'm not trying to harras anybody that's just it and "it" won't change for a long time
but there is a way launch options mine are -novid -high -dxlevel 81 -full -nojoy -nocrashdialog -full these do a bit of performence boos the bad thing is -dxlevel 81 disables all skins i mean skins applied onto the weapon not like extras as an example festives work perfectly fine but it gives the highest performence but you could've guessed it by now the worst graphical expirence anyways if any of you find a config besids mastercoms that acctually boosts fps please contact me on twitter https://twitter.com/mitarsujano also use this too collab with me i know some basic commands for configs if you message me on twitter i can send you a link to my discord so that we can do this alright thanks for the time see ya in the next thread

mastercoms-noipx does not exist.
-w-h hurt performance slightly, it's better to use the in game options to set your resolution
