Koncept[*] Has anybody used hyperglide mouse skates, and are they worth buying? The feet on my deathadder are really wearing and I'm kind of on the edge of just getting an ec1-a or buying hyperglides and putting them on
[*] Does anybody know of a way that I can sort of "refresh" the grips on the side of my deathadder? They've become a bit slippery from oils from my hand over the years and if there's any way that I can make them grip better with any conventional methods, I'd be very happy. If it's just something that's inevitable from extended wear and tear, then that's fine. I've been using this mouse for a little over 4 years, and I'm happy with how long it's lasted me. If I end up being unhappy with my future ec1-a, then I know that I'll still have the new deathadder to return to and use.

Hyperglides are great

maybe use griptape over the worn rubber, but after 4 years that's probably long enough

#10 how come i cant hit anything reliably as scout in TF2 General Discussion

g600 is a huge mouse with a laser sensor which means it has accel. I'm sure it's not your only issue but a lighter mouse with a good sensor might help. Also if you're running out of space below like 15" you're not using your mouse space correctly. The g600 I assume is hard to pick up because of it's size and shape so a lighter mouse with a different shape will probably help with that as well.

There is also no substitute for dm'ing and mge'ing all day if you're not scrimming or pugging.

toads_tfi get a pretty decent fps on high settings, but the stuttering makes it unbearable, and i don't know how to fix it

On low settings with a solid setup (i5/1060) it's fairly smooth for me.

I briefly played on a team with my friend KL, along with: blue, seanbsly, noko, and namly. Blue was always hitting on noko while being our worst player. seanbsly would scream at everyone during every scrim and match (which we lost obviously), while namly would throw out gems like "what are you idiots doing?" etc. Noko was clearly not trying due to this environment so she never commed and went pyro and sniper at random times. Blue would complain about me and KL to deflect criticism away from himself.

Seanbsly and Namly were the most toxic people I was ever on a team with.
