kibblesshouldnt get worse, loading times might be a bit better depending on what kind of hdd you were using before

I recently bought a new HDD and since im running out of space on the other one i was thinking of moving my steam folder/games to the new one.
My question is, will my TF2 performance improve/get worse if i do this?

crespiIt makes player models look really cool. Phong is a type of shading/lighting. With phong set to 0 [off] player models do not have that artificial white light.
Oh, I had the phongless textures i downloaded from gamebanana (which i deleted today to see how it worked without it). Mine was set to 1 but it seems it doesn't affect anything if you're playing with dx8
