Cheers cheers, but how would this fair when performing on those games I mentioned earlier. CS:GO, Arma 3, Payday 2, Just Cause 3 and Fallout 4 (He doesn't really mind going to low settings on the last two games, just wants them to preform smoothly and will this build be-able to handle that.)
To answer up some things:

What I meant by this is a-lot people like to put LEDs in their builds and I was saying that we didn't want to include it.

I know this I put the Adapter in the build because when the build is done my friend wont be able to use wired for a little bit of time.

My mate has a budget of 400-500 (GBP) for a gaming rig. I know my little share on PC part picking then he is and I've found him a solid rig which at the moment is bare boned (no SSD's, no LEDS, etc). He has said himself that he will be mostly playing games like CS:GO, Arma 2, Payday 2, possibly Fallout 4 and will also be used for general work. (a bit of productivity). I may just sound like an idiot but I'm pretty sure that this will be great for what he wants to do. Since you guys are way more experienced than both of us are combined I've come here to ask what could be changed and how would it suit in a general sense performing these games.

HDD: Seagate 1TB
The adapter for when he wants to use Wi-FI: TP Link 50Mbps Wireless-N Nano USB Adapter
SSD:Kingston

Notes: He doesn't really care about a DVD thing so that's why I haven't included it
We're currently unsure if the SSD will work on the motherboard so we need help on that.

Questions: Would this build require a cooler?
Will that motherboard work with the AMD CPU? If not any alternatives for the same-ish price?

A Logitech K120 is really cheap (I bought it for £10), mine has suffered tons of abuse and is still working without any of the letters coming of the keys either. It sounds pretty nice for a membrane keyboard too.
