As long as it doesn't affect the rotation server then I say go for it. Badwater would probably be the best choice.

Honestly, as stupid as the wrangler is, without it engie would probably be pretty much irrelevant in almost every gametype except for payload and A/D and ctf.
Not saying it should be allowed, but that's probably the main reason behind it being allowed.
I'm considering changing my major because I'm a terrible programmer.
Ok, so one thing I've noticed is that for the target IDs if someone has like, 200 HP or something that's too long you just get the first digit and then "..." like this.

Is this just me or is the space for the health number not wide enough?
Maybe if you had a door it would've known you were trying to lead it into your house.
Went rjumper/man treads/market gardner in a pug and won. A++
If you'd ever played Fallout 1 or 2, New Vegas was definitely the better game between it and 3.

I'm sure there's more, but that's all I can really think of right now.
JaguarFiendHonestly I'd prefer to have random crits and spread turned off. We don't need quick play and tons of random noobie pubbers populating the server at all times. In fact, they can and will often get discouraged by constantly getting destroyed by really good players and then will rage and leave. TF2. Forever.
But seriously we have a sizable enough community here to keep the server moderately populated and spread word of it manually, like plenty of other servers already successfully do.
Ok, so you're pubbing, relaxing, smiling, having a good time. You're at full health as you come around a corner... then your cat steps on your power strip and turns off your rig. This is not much different than getting killed by random crits. They are there for noobies. Valve says that they are there to break stalemates and reward good play and stuff but that's 99% horseshit. They are actually a (clever) marketing tool. No matter how bad you are, especially as a beginner, you will at some point draw a random crit and kill some dude(s) and possibly change the outcome of the game or at least the moment. That is positive feedback and incentivises you to keep playing the game and therefore to recommend it to your friends (except that it's f2p now) and then you and your friends are more likely to keep playing it and spend money (item shop).
But I'd like to think that the majority of us are beyond that point.
The point of wanting the server in quickplay is so more new players and random pubbers can join and be exposed to this site so that maybe on some off chance they might check it out, find out about comp and then possibly try to get into through newbie mixes or whatever. Sure, that's a longshot, but why should we try to treat this server like an exclusive club for people that are already here? Besides, when invite players do show up, they're almost always goofing off or at least not tryharding so I don't think too many newer players would be discouraged by that.
Besides it's a pub, who cares? Crits still suck but you don't need to be taking pub games seriously anyways.
Damn, there's so many good HUDs out there now, been liking the one I've been using but I thought I'd try out this one for a bit to. I've probably got at least 3 others backed up on my hard drive now. One suggestion if you want to bother with it, is maybe make a custom menu? I really liked what QuartzHud did with the main menu.
heinmiyarimghughlauriemost of the new invite players on mTs and GG don't know how highlander is supposed to be played yet.
For some reason this statement annoys me. How Highlander is "supposed to be played"? What exactly does this mean?
Hugh was saying that i can be played like a pub (how gorgeous gamers just last minute goes in, chooses classes, and just comes up with a strat last second) or you can play it in more of a competitive format and scrim a few times (then it can look like The Syndicate vs SNSD or bonus). In mTs case, you guys do scrim, but it still seems like the concept still isnt fully grasped that it isnt 6's with 3 more players.
I dont think he was trying to be negative at all. Just pointing it out.
TLR very well could have been poking fun at his own team. They came to play and have fun, not storm the league and win it all. It is what it is. They play for fun.
Inf, please take notes on how to not make the UGC admins look like complete idiots on this forum.
Swatt didn't actually do anything wrong and that's pretty much been proven at this point.
