Honestly you shouldn't be able to force someone to play with awful ping on your garbage server if you can easily just get into a server that has fair ping for everyone lol. Don't go on some kind of crusade about not following the rules because I bet if this had happened to someone on your team you'd be calling them out for being rule-nazis or something and that they should make an exception for "fairness" because it was the grand finals. There's plenty of examples of UGC admins doing shitty things in the past. This isn't one of them.

Outlast was kind of cool at first but once you realize that the enemies are predictable (they'll always check the hiding spot next to yours), the ai is exploitable (while they're still checking the hiding spot next to yours they won't notice you if you get out of your actual hiding spot and run away before they finish checking), and that the situation is the same every time you die and come back (I was playing on nightmare difficulty so like two hits kills you) the game really stops being scary all together. I haven't even finished it myself becuase I got bored, I wasn't even bothering to hide from the enemies anymore and was just juking past them and if I died it wasn't really a big deal.

Going back to PT and the new Silent Hill game, I hope it comes out on something more than just PS4 because I'd really like to play it but I honestly don't see myself buying any of the new consoles anytime soon. I just got a used PS3 recently just so I could go back and play all the exclusives on that system. lol

Oh also I hope it's more of a traditional survival horror game like the first three games and the old school RE games. I'm starting to get a bit tired of seeing all these Amnesia/Slender style games. But at least there's hope for Silent Hill now. That's more than I can say for the Resident Evil series.

Unless you just really want a taste of what Phantom Pain is going to be like, I can't really recommend buying Ground Zeroes unless it's $10-15 or less. It's good and it's really fun, but it's basically a gameplay demo that Konami wants you to pay for. If you really want to know what happens story wise it's easy enough to just look up a playthrough of it on Youtube. All in all though this is great news, it'll be nice to see MGS 5 on PC.

Kojima has been saying every game since MGS 2 will be the "conclusion" to the franchise let's be real here.

Honestly when I'm watching a cast or pretty much any stream with over 200 viewers I don't even pay attention to the chat. It's better for your health that way.

Most people will judge you based on your past performances. If you want to even be considered IM level you'll have to prove you can make it there by doing WELL in Open. Not just average or "ok."

I think the only people that still get legitimately upset over "sandbagging" just want some kind of validation for why they didn't make playoffs other than their own lack of skill. Experienced players will play in open on offclasses and their mains every season, get over it.
