I have never actually tried for a 1 rep max but the most I can do is 150 lbs 3 reps

If you really are addicted, then my suggestion is don't expose yourself to it when you have to be studying or doing homework. You don't have to leave school as soon as your last class ends. Stay at school until you are done with your homework! You will get done with your work a lot faster because your computer isn't there to distract you. Go to the school library where it is quiet and you will get your work done so fast because you are in a working environment and you will be happy with yourself. The best part is when you go home you will still have time to play tf2. I'm a junior in high school as well and when I work without anything to distract me, I am able to get everything done within an hour and a half. You can do this! I believe in you! Just give it your all my man

Guys, Puggymunch actually wants to get on a team, This was funny on his first lft thread, but I think now you all are just making Puggymunch look like a living meme who nobody will take seriously or pick up.

Puggymunch has a good sense of the game (for open) and has really good dm on soldier. I believe a good season of open will do wonders for him. He could probably do well on a committed mid open team.
