catfacei don't know what you mean, suicide rate post OP is higher than pre OP or atleast very similar, it doesn't drastically go down as you claim. you also cant take one cherry picked example and throw it up against the fact that 50% of a group of people are killing themselves. you're saying "oh well this small percentage of thousands of people don't kill themselves for the same reasons as the others." how does this change the fact that 50% of trans people kill themselves?
The reason trans people have such a high suicide rate is because of how they are treated and I was talking about HRT not pre and post OP.

They don't tho. Like it's REALLY uncommon, the suicide rate pre HRT is about 50% and lowers dramatically after they go on HRT and begin transition.
Edit: I meant in a normal accepting area some do have their life ruined but it's because of getting kicked out of their homes etc when it happens (sometimes)
