I don't think clockwork never wanting to scrim seriously hurt him, but it could hurt the team. Clock is the best at what he does and he's been doing it for a very long time. I wouldn't surprise me if it doesn't take constant practice for him to stay that way. But a team with a bunch of players that just show up for game day without ever practicing together isn't going to play well together, even if they're all individually great.
